Training
In order to go up in Power, training has, is and always will be a necessity. Training on this site is shockingly simple; Navigate to the "Earth" Board under planets and write about what your character(s) actually did during his/her training session. On this site, "quality above quantity" is highly enforced, so more in depth but shorter posts will be graded higher than an extremely long, but badly written Roleplay.
At the end of your post, a staff member will grade the session adequately, and you will be free to move on to whatever you wish to do next.
Learning
In order to us new techniques, this process is required. During training sessions, you may decide to attempt to learn a new ability. While a teacher would greatly assist you in learning the technique, you may also try to learn it by yourself.
But going it alone requires a more in-depth post about the struggles and mental challenges that learning the technique caused. Thus, a teacher would seem more logical.
Upon learning a new technique, you will always begin with the technique at Level 1, but you may train it, along with any other techniques during your training posts to make it more effective.
